PARAMETERS
Expr1 First expression. Expr2 Second expression.
DESCRIPTION
isablequalexpr compares Expr1 and Expr2.
RETURN VALUE
if Expr1 and Expr2 have got the same morphology isablequalexpr returns 1 and 0 otherwise.
