NAME
       function::stop_stopwatch - Stop a stopwatch

SYNOPSIS
	   stop_stopwatch(name:string)

ARGUMENTS
       name
	   the stopwatch name

DESCRIPTION
       Stop stopwatch name. Creates stopwatch name if it does not currently exist.
