NAME
       function::start_stopwatch - Start a stopwatch

SYNOPSIS
	   start_stopwatch(name:string)

ARGUMENTS
       name
	   the stopwatch name

DESCRIPTION
       Start stopwatch name. Creates stopwatch name if it does not currently exist.
