       Description
	   3D scaling.

       Usage

       vscale3d

       Parameters:
	   -in input image
	   -out output image
	   -xscale zoom factor in column-direction. Default: 1
	   -yscale zoom factor in row-direction. Default: 1
	   -zscale zoom factor in slice-direction. Default: 1
	   -type Type of interpolation (linear | NN | spline). Default: linear
