       vcontrast -- contrast enhancement

       Description
	   contrast enhancement.

       Usage

       vcontrast

       Parameters:
	   -in input image
	   -out output image
	   -type Contrast stretching method (0: any repn, 1: ubyte only, 2: map to range). Default: 0
	   -alpha Contrast stretching factor. Default: 2
	   -background Background threshold. Default: 0.01
