NAME
ntsc-cc - closed caption decoder
SYNOPSIS
ntsc-cc [ options ]
DESCRIPTION
ntsc-cc reads vbi data from /dev/vbi0 and decodes the enclosed cc data. Start it with '-h' to get a list of cmd line options.
