NAME
       USAGE: - apply a program to each FFindex entry

DESCRIPTION
       USAGE: ffindex_apply DATA_FILENAME INDEX_FILENAME PROGRAM [PROGRAM_ARGS]* ENVIRONMENT

	      FFINDEX_MAX_INDEX_ENTRIES - allocate memory for this number of entries
