ARGUMENTS
       vmode
	   MacOS video mode

       cmode
	   MacOS color mode

       var
	   frame buffer video mode structure

DESCRIPTION
       Converts a MacOS vmode/cmode pair to a frame buffer video mode structure.

       Returns negative errno on error, or zero for success.
