fusion_exit - Perform driver unload cleanup.
SYNOPSIS
void __exit fusion_exit(void);
ARGUMENTS
void no arguments
DESCRIPTION
This routine frees all resources associated with each MPT adapter and removes all MPT_PROCFS_MPTBASEDIR entries.
