NAME
XML::DOM::ProcessingInstruction - An XML processing instruction in XML::DOM
DESCRIPTION
XML::DOM::ProcessingInstruction extends XML::DOM::Node. It represents a "processing instruction", used in XML as a way to keep processor-specific information in the text of the document. An example: <?PI processing instruction?> Here, "PI" is the target and "processing instruction" is the data. METHODS getTarget The target of this processing instruction. XML defines this as being the first token following the markup that begins the processing instruction. getData and setData (data) The content of this processing instruction. This is from the first non white space character after the target to the character immediately preceding the ?>. perl v5.16.3 2000-01-31 XML::DOM::ProcessingInstruction(3)
