       blit_hw_A	   Are hardware to hardware alpha blits accelerated?

DESCRIPTION
       This  (read-only)  structure is returned by SDL_GetVideoInfo. It contains information on either the 'best' available mode (if called before
       SDL_SetVideoMode) or the current video mode.
