NAME
       Module::Build::PPMMaker - Perl Package Manager file creation

SYNOPSIS
	 On the command line, builds a .ppd file:
	 ./Build ppd

DESCRIPTION
       This package contains the code that builds .ppd "Perl Package Description" files, in support of ActiveState's "Perl Package Manager".
