SYNOPSIS

ARGUMENTS
       gnutls_pubkey_t * key
		   The structure to be initialized

DESCRIPTION
       This function will initialize an public key structure.

RETURNS
       On success, GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS (0) is returned, otherwise a negative error value.
