       FcInitLoadConfigAndFonts - load configuration and font data

SYNOPSIS

       FcConfig * FcInitLoadConfigAndFonts (void);

DESCRIPTION
       Loads the default configuration file and builds information about the available fonts. Returns the resulting configuration.
