Name
       nfsd - NFS server daemon

Syntax
       /etc/nfsd [nservers]

Description
       The  daemon  starts the specified number of NFS server daemons which handle file system requests from clients.  The nservers argument tells
       how many file system server daemons to start.  This number should be based on the load expected on this server.	 The  daemon  is  normally
       invoked at boot time through the file.

Examples
       /etc/nfsd 4    /* Start four daemons on a large machine /*
