pgmtexture(1) General Commands Manual pgmtexture(1)NAME
pgmtexture - calculate textural features on a portable graymap
SYNOPSIS
pgmtexture [-d d] [pgmfile]
DESCRIPTION
Reads a portable graymap as input. Calculates textural features based on spatial dependence matrices at 0, 45, 90, and 135 degrees for a
distance d (default = 1). Textural features include:
(1) Angular Second Moment,
(2) Contrast,
(3) Correlation,
(4) Variance,
(5) Inverse Difference Moment,
(6) Sum Average,
(7) Sum Variance,
(8) Sum Entropy,
(9) Entropy,
(10) Difference Variance,
(11) Difference Entropy,
(12, 13) Information Measures of Correlation, and
(14) Maximal Correlation Coefficient.
Algorithm taken from:
Haralick, R.M., K. Shanmugam, and I. Dinstein. 1973. Textural features for image classification. IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and
Cybertinetics, SMC-3(6):610-621.
BUGS
The program can run incredibly slow for large images (larger than 64 x 64) and command line options are limited. The method for finding
(14) the maximal correlation coefficient, which requires finding the second largest eigenvalue of a matrix Q, does not always converge.

i was just wondering if any one had a good example of finding mutliple file types with the -o option or any other alternatives.
find . \( -name "*.txt" -o -name "*.tag" \)
for some reason i'm not having much luck and the man page isn't very descriptive.
what i am trying to do is find all... (6 Replies)

for exemple :

Sum is 12
I tried with the "+" but it doesn't seems to work on the sun or maybe I use a wrong syntax, my script is as follow:

Hi,
I've got a list in this format:
SMITH 2,501,922 1.006 1
JOHNSON 2,014,470 0.81 2
WILLIAMS 1,738,413 0.699 3
JONES 1,544,427 0.621 4
BROWN 1,544,427 0.621 5
I'd like the list to look like:
Smith
Johnson
Williams
Jones
Brown
What would be the awk/sed/cut command for this?... (2 Replies)

All i know is su and scsu both are used to login as super user. Can somebody help me understanding the concept of both? (4 Replies)
Is this way of finding the time difference a correct way of doing it or is it error-prone.
