kfifo_out_locked - gets some data from the FIFO using a spinlock for locking
SYNOPSIS

ARGUMENTS
fifo
the fifo to be used.

where the data must be copied.

the size of the destination buffer.

pointer to the spinlock to use for locking.
DESCRIPTION
This function copies at most len bytes from the FIFO into the to buffer and returns the number of copied bytes.
