NAME
       FcConfigUptoDate - Check timestamps on config files

SYNOPSIS
       #include <fontconfig.h>

       FcBool FcConfigUptoDate (FcConfig *config);

DESCRIPTION
       Checks all of the files related to config and returns whether the in-memory version is in sync with the disk version.
