Each of these functions finds the minimum value of all elements in a matrix. It uses the following equation: min[0] = MIN{ x[i] i = 0, 1, ..., (m*n - 1) }
Each of the functions takes the following arguments: min Pointer to the minimum value. x Pointer to the first element of the source matrix. m Number of rows in the source matrix. n Number of columns in the source matrix.
Each of the functions returns MLIB_SUCCESS if successful. Otherwise it returns MLIB_FAILURE.
