       XltYesNo - Convenience function to bring up a YesNo dialog.

	    Widget    widget;

DESCRIPTION
       XltYesNo Spins in a local event loop processing XEvents until user has chosen.

       widget The parent widget.

RETURN VALUE
       Returns user choice.
