INPUT PARAMETERS
fh - file handle (handle) offset - file offset (nonnegative integer) buf - initial address of buffer (choice) count - number of elements in buffer (nonnegative integer) datatype - datatype of each buffer element (handle)
NOTES FOR FORTRAN
