NAME
       ppmtoneo - convert a portable pixmap into an Atari Neochrome .neo file

SYNOPSIS
       ppmtoneo [ppmfile]

DESCRIPTION
       Reads a PPM image as input.  Produces an Atari Neochrome .neo file as output.
