NAME
arch - print machine architecture
SYNOPSIS
arch
DESCRIPTION
arch is equivalent to uname -m. On current Linux systems, arch prints things such as "i386", "i486", "i586", "alpha", "sparc", "arm", "m68k", "mips", "ppc".
