rpc_gss_set_defaults - change service, QOP for a session SYNOPSIS
#include <rpc/rpcsec_gss.h> bool_t rpc_gss_set_defaults(AUTH *auth, rpc_gss_service_t service, char *qop); DESCRIPTION
rpc_gss_set_defaults() allows an application to change the service (privacy, integrity, authentication, or none) and Quality of Protection (QOP) for a transfer session. New values apply to the rest of the session (unless changed again). PARAMETERS
Information on RPCSEC_GSS data types for parameters may be found on the rpcsec_gss(3NSL) man page. auth An RPC authentication handle returned by rpc_gss_seccreate()). service An enum of type rpc_gss_service_t, representing one of the following types of security service: authentication, privacy, integrity, or none. qop A string representing Quality of Protection. Valid strings may be found in the file /etc/gss/qop or by using rpc_gss_get_mech_info(). RETURN VALUES
rpc_gss_set_svc_name() returns TRUE if it is successful; otherwise, use rpc_gss_get_error() to get the error associated with the failure. FILES
