xmlrpc_is_fault - Determines if an array value represents an XMLRPC fault

SYNOPSIS
bool xmlrpc_is_fault (array $arg)
DESCRIPTION
Warning This function is EXPERIMENTAL. The behaviour of this function, its name, and surrounding documentation may change without notice in a future release of PHP. This function should be used at your own risk.
PARAMETERS
o $arg - Array returned by xmlrpc_decode(3).
RETURN VALUES
Returns TRUE if the argument means fault, FALSE otherwise. Fault description is available in $arg["faultString"], fault code is in $arg["faultCode"].
