PDF_get_minorversion - Get minor version number [deprecated]

SYNOPSIS
       int PDF_get_minorversion (void  )

DESCRIPTION
	Returns the minor version number of the PDFlib version.

	This function is deprecated since PDFlib version 5, use PDF_get_value(3) with the parameter $minor instead.
