PDF_add_note - Set annotation for current page [deprecated]

SYNOPSIS
       bool PDF_add_note (resource  $pdfdoc, float  $llx, float  $lly, float  $urx, float  $ury, string  $contents, string  $title, string  $icon,
       int  $open)

DESCRIPTION
	Sets an annotation for the current page. Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.

	This function is deprecated since PDFlib version 6, use PDF_create_annotation(3) with $type=Text instead.
