ovrimos_field_len - Returns the length of the output column

SYNOPSIS
       int ovrimos_field_len (int  $result_id, int  $field_number)

DESCRIPTION
	Gets the length of the specified output column.

PARAMETERS
	      o $result_id
		- A result identifier, returned by ovrimos_execute(3) or ovrimos_exec(3).

	      o $field_number
		- The field number. Starts at 1.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns the length as an integer, or FALSE on error.
