oci_field_is_null - Checks if a field in the currently fetched row is NULL

SYNOPSIS
       bool oci_field_is_null (resource  $statement, mixed  $field)

DESCRIPTION
	Checks if the given $field from the current row of $statement is NULL.

PARAMETERS
	      o $statement
		- A valid OCI statement identifier.

	      o $field
		- Can be the field's index (1-based) or name.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns TRUE if $field is NULL, FALSE otherwise.

NOTES
       Note

	       In  PHP	versions  before  5.0.0  you  must  use  ocicolumnisnull(3)  instead. This name still can be used, it was left as alias of
	      oci_field_is_null(3) for downwards compatability. This, however, is deprecated and not recommended.
