ncurses_clrtobot - Clear screen from current position to bottom

SYNOPSIS
       bool ncurses_clrtobot (void  )

DESCRIPTION
       Warning

	      This  function is EXPERIMENTAL. The behaviour of this function, its name, and surrounding documentation may change without notice in
	      a future release of PHP. This function should be used at your own risk.

	Erases all lines from cursor to end of screen and creates blanks. Blanks created by ncurses_clrtobot(3) have the current background rendi-
       tion.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
