mcrypt_module_close - Closes the mcrypt module

SYNOPSIS
       bool mcrypt_module_close (resource  $td)

DESCRIPTION
	Closes the specified encryption handle.

PARAMETERS

		- The encryption descriptor.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
