SYNOPSIS
       string hw_docbyanchorobj (int  $connection, int	$anchorID)

DESCRIPTION
	Returns an th object record of the document to which $anchorID belongs.

PARAMETERS
	      o $connection
		- The connection identifier.

	      o $anchorID
		- The anchor identifier.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns an object record.
