http_send_data - Send arbitrary data

SYNOPSIS
       bool http_send_data (string  $data)

DESCRIPTION
	Sends raw data with support for (multiple) range requests.

PARAMETERS
	      o $data
		- data to send

RETURN VALUES
	Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
