SYNOPSIS
       void fann_set_error_log (resource  $errdat, string  $log_file)

DESCRIPTION
	Sets where the errors are logged to.

PARAMETERS
	      o $errdat
		-Either neural network resource or neural network trainining data resource.

	      o $log_file
		- The log file path.

RETURN VALUES
       No value is returned.
