fann_reset_errstr - Resets the last error string

SYNOPSIS
       void fann_reset_errstr (resource  $errdat)

DESCRIPTION
	Resets the last error string.

PARAMETERS
	      o $errdat
		-Either neural network resource or neural network trainining data resource.

RETURN VALUES
       No value is returned.
