dbplus_runlink - Remove relation from filesystem

SYNOPSIS
       int dbplus_runlink (resource  $relation)

DESCRIPTION
       dbplus_runlink(3) will close and remove the $relation.

PARAMETERS
	      o $relation
		- A relation opened by dbplus_open(3).
