dbplus_freerlocks - Free all tuple locks on given relation

SYNOPSIS
       int dbplus_freerlocks (resource	$relation)

DESCRIPTION
	Frees all tuple locks held on the given $relation.

PARAMETERS
	      o $relation
		- A relation opened by dbplus_open(3).

RETURN VALUES
