dba_exists - Check whether key exists

SYNOPSIS
       bool dba_exists (string	$key, resource	$handle)

DESCRIPTION
       dba_exists(3) checks whether the specified $key exists in the database.

PARAMETERS
	      o $key
		- The key the check is performed for.

	      o $handle
		- The database handler, returned by dba_open(3) or dba_popen(3).

RETURN VALUES
	Returns TRUE if the key exists, FALSE otherwise.
