bcompiler_write_footer - Writes the single character 0 to indicate End of compiled data

SYNOPSIS
       bool bcompiler_write_footer (resource  $filehandle)

DESCRIPTION
	Writes the single character x00 to indicate End of compiled data.

PARAMETERS
	      o $filehandle
		- A file handle as returned by fopen(3).

RETURN VALUES
	Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
