MySQL How to take data from table?
Hi all ,
am using unix aix ..
Actually i have a table called table 1
in that table
Code:
year    period  startdate        enddate
2013     1       26/03/2012    29/04/2012
2013     2       30/04/2012    27/05/2012
2013     3       28/05/2012    28/06/2012
2013     4        25/06/2012   29/07/2012
.....
......
......

i need quarter details alone (ie if i pass first quarter value as 1 then i need period 1 to 3 deatils , if i pass second quarter value 2 ,then i need period 4 to 6 deatils )

its possible to do in sql query but am not familar in that ..
can anybody tell me ........
