ibase_errmsg - Return error messages

SYNOPSIS
       string ibase_errmsg (void  )

DESCRIPTION
	Returns the error message that resulted from the most recent InterBase function call.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns the error message as a string, or FALSE if no error occurred.
