fann_test - Test with a set of inputs, and a set of desired outputs

SYNOPSIS
       bool fann_test (resource  $ann, array  $input, array  $desired_output)

DESCRIPTION
	Test  with a set of inputs, and a set of desired outputs. This operation updates the mean square error, but does not change the network in
       any way.

PARAMETERS
	      o $ann
		-Neural network resource.

	      o $input
		- An array of inputs. This array must be exactly fann_get_num_input(3) long.

	      o $desired_output
		- An array of desired outputs. This array must be exactly fann_get_num_output(3) long.

RETURN VALUES
       Returns TRUE on success, or FALSE otherwise.
