SYNOPSIS
       bool fann_set_training_algorithm (resource  $ann, int  $training_algorithm)

	Sets the training algorithm.

PARAMETERS
	      o $ann
		-Neural network resource.

	      o $training_algorithm
		-Training algorithm constant

RETURN VALUES
       Returns TRUE on success, or FALSE otherwise.
