The Directory class

INTRODUCTION
	Instances of Directory are created by calling the dir(3) function, not by the new operator.

	      o $path
		- The directory that was opened.

	      o $handle
		- Can be used with other directory functions such as readdir(3), rewinddir(3) and closedir(3).
