dba_insert - Insert entry

SYNOPSIS
bool dba_insert (string $key, string $value, resource $handle)
DESCRIPTION
dba_insert(3) inserts the entry described with $key and $value into the database.
PARAMETERS
o $key - The key of the entry to be inserted. If this key already exist in the database, this function will fail. Use dba_replace(3) if you need to replace an existent key. o $value - The value to be inserted. o $handle - The database handler, returned by dba_open(3) or dba_popen(3).
RETURN VALUES
Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
