counter_get_meta - Return a piece of metainformation about a counter resource.

SYNOPSIS
       mixed counter_get_meta (resource  $counter, integer  $attribute)

DESCRIPTION
       counter_get_meta(3) returns metainformation about a counter resource.

PARAMETERS
	      o $counter
		- The counter resource to operate on.

	      o $attribute
		- The metainformation to retrieve.

RETURN VALUES
       counter_get_meta(3) returns values of varying types based on which metainformation was requested.
