SYNOPSIS
counter_bump_value (void , resource $counter, integer $offset)
DESCRIPTION
counter_bump_value(3) updates the current value of a counter resource.
PARAMETERS
o $counter
- The counter resource to operate on.
o $offset
- The amount by which to change the counter's value. Can be negative.
