mailstat - shows mail-arrival statistics
SYNOPSIS
mailstat [-klmots] [logfile]
DESCRIPTION
mailstat parses a procmail-generated $LOGFILE and displays a summary about the messages delivered to all folders (total size, average size,
nr of messages). The $LOGFILE is truncated to zero length, unless the -k option is used. Exit code 0 if mail arrived, 1 if no mail
arrived.
OPTIONS -k keep logfile intact
-l long display format
-m merge any errors into one line
-o use the old logfile
-t terse display format
-s silent in case of no mail
NOTES
Customise to your heart's content, this program is only provided as a guideline.

from - display the sender and date of newly-arrived mail messages
SYNOPSIS
/usr/ucb/from [-s sender] [username]
DESCRIPTION
The from utility prints out the mail header lines in your mailbox file to show you who your mail is from. If username is specified, user-
name's mailbox is examined instead of your own.
OPTIONS
The following option is supported:
-s sender Only display headers for mail sent by sender.
USAGE
See largefile(5) for the description of the behavior of from when encountering files greater than or equal to 2 Gbyte ( 2^31 bytes).

when i type "svcs -a | grep sendmail" it is giving the below output.
$ svcs -a | grep sendmail

I have a small query.
On one server a user is facing sed command issue.
He gets error regarding sed for this location
/users/hoy/2999/batch5/bin/internal.sh: /usr/local/bin/sed: not found

I am having a program called emailstat which will send email based on the message we pass
emailstat -email <email>
now I am trying to run the vmstat and and pass the output to emailstat source in -message part. Is this possible ?

The sendmail on hp site is too old,and still support the bugged ssl3(poodle) even if enable tlsv1.
So i decide to compile sendmail by myself
i use this site.config.m4
