NAME
       fuibyte - General: Returns a byte from user instruction address space

NOTES
       The fuibyte routine is for machines that have separate address spaces for code and data. Because the Alpha architecture does not have sepa-
       rate address spaces for code and data, fuibyte is mapped to fubyte. The fuibyte routine is provided for	compatibility  reasons.   See  the
       routine description for fubyte for a complete description of fuibyte.
