The acl_free() function releases the system working storage area associated with the ACL indicated by the acl_d descriptor. This space is allocated by acl_init(), acl_create_entry(), acl_dup(), acl_from_text(), acl_copy_int(), acl_get_fd(), acl_get_file(), and acl_set_quali- fier().RETURN VALUESUpon successful completion, the acl_free() function returns a value of 0 (zero).
